They have the best quality of service in my neck of the woods (northeast USA) bar none. Come to think of it, I've never had to buy a phone either - while I don't need a blackberry-level device, I have had top of the line phones from Verizon for free. I like that Verizon let you know about the new less expensive plans - they didn't have to, but I'm guessing they figure it's good customer service. Anyway, enjoy! The best buy Rep did not lie because at the time of your purchase Verizon did not offer a plan lower than 450 minutes. But as some people may know, Verizon recently merged with Alltel and Alltel offers much cheaper plans. So merging authorized Verzion to basically adopt those plans and give their customers more options and better deals. Best buy still rocks and it's always a good idea to deal with Best buy rather than going to the corporate stores.
